摘要
伽玛刀是根据立体几何定向原理,将病变部位作为靶点,采用伽玛射线聚焦照射摧毁病灶。焦点越小,焦点处对病变组织的杀伤力就越强,对焦点外健康组织的伤害就越小。因此,射源出束位置的精确性是影响治疗精度的关键因素。文中介绍了伽玛刀三维立体定向孔位置精度的测量方法。
According to the principle of stereo geometric orientation,the gamma knife uses the lesion as a target and uses gamma-ray focused illumination to destroy the lesion.The smaller the focus,the stronger the lethality of the focus on the diseased tissue and the less damage to the healthy tissue outside the focus.Therefore,the accuracy of the beam exit position is a key factor affecting the accuracy of the treatment.This paper introduces the measurement method of the positional accuracy of the gamma knife three-dimensional stereotactic hole.
