摘要
针对异形薄壁零件在机械加工过程中会产生装夹受力变形,以及没有合理装夹部位的情况,提出用502胶水黏结进行无装夹力的车铣精密加工方法,能达到较高的形位公差和尺寸精度。
For the deformation of the profiled thin-walled parts due to the clamping force during the machining process,and the lack of a reasonable clamping position,the method of bonding with 502 glue is proposed,which can perform precision turning and milling without clamping force.Higher dimensional tolerances and dimensional accuracy are achieved.
