病人安全文化测评工具比较及老年医疗照护机构适用性研究

Comparasion of Assessment Tools of Patients Safety Culture in Geriatric Medical Care Institutions

目的:比较国内外医院病人安全文化测评工具,为开发适合国内老年医疗照护机构的病人安全文化测评工具和提升老年照护服务质量提出建议。方法:检索近十年国内外病人安全文化量表相关文献,比较各量表的内容、维度、使用对象以及信效度检验。结果:各国开发的病人安全文化测评工具主要是定量量表,在测评主要内容、适用对象、测评维度、条目数量、填答方式、信效度等方面均各有特点。结论:病人安全文化测量可用于监测病人安全数据,提升医疗机构的质量;在借鉴国外先进测评工具基础上开发特异性测评工具,需重点针对我国老年医疗照护机构的病人安全问题。

Objective:To compare the assessment tools of patients safety culture(PSC)from home and abroad as a reference,and to put forward some suggestions for developing the assessment tools of the elderly PSC in geriatric medical care institutions and improving the services quality in the geriatric medical care.Methods:The literatures related to assessment tools of patient safety culture at home and abroad in recent ten years were retrieved,and the contents,dimensions,objects and reliability and validity tests of each scale were analyzed and compared.Results:The main assessment tools of PSC developed in various countries were quantitative scales,which pre?sented with their own characteristics in the main content,applicable objects,assessment dimensions,item quantity,filling method,reli?ability and validity.Conclusions:Measurement of PSC can monitor the patients’safety data and improve the services quality of medi?cal institutions.Foreign advanced PSC assessment tools could be used for reference,and the patients’safety problems in geriatric med?ical care institutions need to be addressed.
