Practice of Internet+ Nursing Service on the Basis of Community Hypertension Cabin

目的:探讨在构建新型医疗健康服务模式背景下,运用互联网思维构建区域内同质化护理服务的实践模式。方法:依托“社区高血压小屋”区域信息化标准管理项目,通过区域间护理实践,有效促进区域间护理服务的同质化。结果:区域间高血压护理服务得到有效复制、顺畅运行,探索出同质化护理服务模式与运行机制。结论:同质化护理服务可以依托互联网工具进行有效实践,并提出互联网+护理服务衍生设想。

Objective:Under the background of constructing a new mode of medical health services,to construct a practice model of regional homogenous nursing service using Internet thought.Methods:Relying on the regional informatization standard management project ascommunity hypertension cabin,the regional nursing service practice was carried out.Results:The nursing services for hyper?tension was effectively copied,and run smoothly between various regions.A homogenous regional nursing service mode and operation mechanism was established.Conclusions:Homogeneous regional nursing service model can be established and operated effectively though relying on Internet tools,and Internet+derivative service is put forward.
