氮磷钾施肥对黄金榕叶叶绿素和氮质量分数的影响

Effects of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium Fertilization on Chlorophyll and Nitrogen Mass Fraction in Golden Banyan Leaves

摘要 以黄金榕(Ficus microcarpa)叶片为研究对象,通过不同施肥处理(单施N、施PK、施NPK),探讨不同元素施肥对黄金榕叶叶绿素、叶片氮质量分数的影响。结果表明:不同施肥处理均可显著影响叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量,且氮磷钾元素混施效果大于单一效果,施NPK显著降低叶绿素a/b;单施N、施NPK显著提高了叶片氮的质量分数;叶片叶绿素含量和叶片氮质量分数之间具有显著相关关系。氮磷钾混施对叶片氮质量分数的影响无叠加效应。本研究通过不同元素施肥处理下植物叶片叶绿素含量和氮质量分数的响应,为植物的培育生长提供理论指导。 Golden Banyan(Ficus microcarpa)leaf was used as research object to study the effect of different fertilization treatments(single N application,PK application and NPK application)on chlorophyll and nitrogen mass fraction in Golden Banyan leaves.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were significantly affected by different fertilization treatments,and the effect of mixed application of N,P and K was greater than that of single application,and chlorophyll a/b in the application of NPK significantly decreased.Application of single N alone and mixed application of NPK significantly increased the mass fraction leaf nitrogen,and there was a significant correlation between leaf chlorophyll content and leaf nitrogen mass fraction.The effect of mixed application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on the mass fraction of nitrogen in leaves had no superposition effect.In this study,the responses of chlorophyll content and nitrogen mass fraction in leaves under different fertilization treatments were studied to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation and growth of plants.
