套袋对‘黑珍珠’莲雾果实果皮着色的影响

摘要 研究了不同套袋处理对’黑珍珠’莲雾品种果实果皮着色的影响,比较了不同套袋处理下果皮外观着色、花色苷、类黄酮、叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量的差异。结果表明:不同套袋处理显著地影响果皮中花色苷含量及色彩浓度,从而影响莲雾果皮的外观色泽,其中透明袋处理果皮中花色苷含量最高,着色最好。 The study was conducted to reveal the effect of different fruit bags on the fruit coloration of’Black pearl’wax apple.The differences in fruit skin color,anthocyanin,flavonoids,chlorophyll and total phenol contents among different bagging treatments were compared.The result showed that the different bagging treatments significantly affected the contents of anthocyanin and the fruit skin color density,thereby affected the skin coloration of wax apple.When the treatment of transparent bags were used,wax apple fruit had the highest anthocyanin content and the best coloration.
