‘徐香’猕猴桃在闽西北的引种适应性及栽培技术要点 被引量:2

Introduction adaptation and Key Points of Cultivation Techniques of a Kiwifruit Cultivar ’Xuxiang’ in the Northwest of Fujian Province

摘要 在福建省建宁县、清流县、明溪县开展的多年多点引种试验表明,‘徐香’猕猴桃在福建省西北部的表现适应性好、早果性好、丰产性强。其果实软熟后果肉含可溶性固形物为17.7%~21.4%、还原糖为5.27%~6.18%,总酸1.08%~1.23%,维生素C 91.2~155.6 mg·(100 g)^-1。此外,从园地选择、栽植密度、雄株栽配比例、架式和整形修剪、疏花疏果这几个方面对其栽培要点进行了总结。 Multi-point introduction experiments in Jianning County,Qingliu County and Mingze County of Fujian province for several years of showed that ‘Xuxiang’kiwifruit had good adaptability,early fruit bearing and high yield,contained soluble solid content ranging from 17.7%to 21.4%,reducing sugar content ranging from 5.27%to 6.18%,total acid content ranging from 1.08%to 1.23%and vitamin C content ranging from 91.2 mg·(100 g)^-1 to 155.6 mg·(100 g)^-1.In addition,the main cultivation and management points were summarized including orchard selection,planting density,proportion of male plant to female plant,frame type and pruning,flower and fruit thinning,etc.
