摘要
针对地铁隧道盾构机施工特点及实际需求,阐述程序的设计目标、功能模块、开发与使用平台、程序语言、数据管理方法等,并据此开发地铁隧道施工测量与检测程序。程序在卡西欧fx-FD10Pro计算器上开发与运行,具备线路与隧道DTA三维坐标计算、盾构姿态计算、管片中心(隧道中心)计算、空间圆位置计算等功能。程序便于在现场计算盾构机和管片环姿态,在十余个地铁施工项目中得到应用。
Aiming at the construction characteristics and actual needs of shield machine in metro tunnel,the design objectives,function modules,development and use platform,program language,data management methods and so on are expounded.Based on these,the metro tunnel construction survey and detection program are developed.The program is developed and operated on the Casio fx-FD10Pro calculator,which has the functions of DTA three-dimensional coordinate calculation between line and tunnel,shield attitude calculation,segment center calculation and space circle position calculation,it is convenient for calculating the attitude of shield machine and segment ring on site,and has been applied to dozens of subway construction projects.
