温暖心理关怀,化解心理危机——高校学生精神障碍危机干预案例

全国第六届大学生心理咨询交流会资料显示:精神疾病或者和严重心理障碍者占大学生总人数的30%左右,而且这一数字呈逐年递增趋势。辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作者,对特定心理健康事件进行处理,尽全力遏制这一不良趋势,对提升大学生的社会适应能力和促进大学生素质的全面发展具有重要意义。本文基于辅导员日常工作,通过案例描述、案例分析、解决方案、工作成效与启示等方面阐述一个真实学生心理案例,总结归纳案例收获,为后期工作开展提供解决思路。

The sixth national college student psychological counseling exchange meeting data show: mental illness or serious mental disorders accounted for about 30 percent of the total number of college students,and this number is increasing year by year.Counselors,as ideological and political educators in colleges and universities,deal with specific mental health events and try their best to curb this undesirable trend,which is of great significance for improving students’ social adaptability and promoting their all-round development.Based on the counselor’s daily work,this paper expounds a real student psychological case from the aspects of case description,case analysis,solutions,work results and enlightenment,summarizes the case harvest,and provides solutions for the later work.
