出土墓志所见唐藩镇质子制度研究

A Study of the Hostage System of the Military Governorship in the Tang Dynasty Seen in Unearthed Epitaphs

质子制度是中国古代社会的一项重要制度。唐朝继承两汉、魏晋以来的做法,对周边少数民族实行质子制度。安史之乱后,唐中央由于难以完全控制地方节帅的任免和更替,在藩镇也推行了质子制度。藩镇质子制度产生于唐中央实力较弱的背景下,对维护唐朝的统治发挥了重要的作用。这一制度始于代宗永泰初,在宪宗元和之后逐渐消失,是唐中期朝藩互动的重要内容。

The hostage system was important in ancient China.The Tang Dynasty inherited the practices of the two Han Dynasties and the Wei Dynasty,and implemented the hostage system to govern the ethnic minorities after An Lushan’s rebellion when the central government found it difficult to control the appointment and replacement of local military governors.The system came into being when the central government power was weak in the early Yongtai years of the Daizong period,and was gradually abandoned after Yuanhe years of the Xianzong period.Functioning as an important part of interaction between the central government and the outlying prefectures in the middle of Tang Dynasty,it played an important role in maintaining the rule of the Tang Dynasty.
