By analyzing of the existed deficiencies in resolution scheme for mutual wear of intersecting wires of head-span structure, the paper puts forward a new scheme for the structural design, analyzes the new scheme and demonstrates the verification tests, and the results show that the scheme has advantages and certain value for popularized application.
