摘要
由于预埋槽道具有安装便捷、承载力强等特点,近年来广泛应用于国内轨道交通以及城市管廊等建设项目中。对于预埋槽道防腐方法,相关标准未明确规定。本文介绍了目前几种主要的防腐方法,提出适用于不锈钢和碳钢槽道的防腐技术方案,通过相关试验验证了方案的可行性。
Since the pre-embedded channels have the features of easier installation and higher load bearing capability, they are applied comprehensively on the construction projects of domestic urban rail transportation and urban utility channels in recent years. There are still no cleared specifications on methods for corrosion protection of the pre-embedded channels. The paper introduces several corrosion-resistant methods adopted at present, puts forward corrosion-resistant technical scheme applicable to the stainless steel and carbon steel channels, and illustrates the feasibility of the scheme by analyzing relative verification tests.
