Thoughts and Discussions of PHM technology Applied for OCS Operation and Maintenance

接触网设备是铁路运输重要的组成部分,其性能直接影响弓网关系。提高接触网运行品质需要从质量评价、故障诊断和维修手段等方面入手,传统的评价、诊断及维修方法已难满足当前铁路运营维护的需求。本文通过借鉴其他领域采用的较为成熟的PHM技术,探讨该技术应用于接触网运维的可能性。

The OCS equipment is an important integral part of the railway transportation. Its property has direct impact to the pantograph-catenary interactions. Enhancement of the OCS operation quality requires the starting from its quality assessment and fault diagnosis and means of maintenance, the traditional assessment, diagnosis and maintenance method are no longer satisfying the requirements of operation and maintenance of the railways at present. With reference of proven PHM technologies adopted in other fields, the paper discusses the feasibilities for application of the technology in OCS operation and maintenance.
