摘要
在商业化运行的一套垃圾焚烧烟气净化装置中对预电除尘器前进行了烟道喷射消石灰脱除HCl实验.研究了不同的喷枪布置形式,不同品质消石灰和消石灰加入量对烟气中HCl脱除的影响,以及研究脱HCl前后预电除尘器的除尘性能的影响.结果表明,通过优化参数,采用高品质消石灰吸收剂可以实现90%的HCl脱除效率,同时预电除尘器的除尘性能得以提高.
The experiment on removal of HCl in flue gas was carried out by ejecting hydrated lime into the flue duct at Pre-electrostatic precipitator(Pre-ESP)inlet of flue gas cleaning device in one waste incinerator plant of commercial operation.The research studied the influences of different spraying gun arrangements as well as hydrated lime of diverse quality and quantity on the removal of HCL in flue gas.In the meantime,effects of dust removal performance of Pre-ESP before and after HCl removal are also studied.The results show that,by optimizing the parameter,the HCl removal efficiency reaches 90%by adopting high quality absorbent like hydrated lime,and the dust removal performance of Pre-ESP is improved.
