循环氧化吸收脱硝技术在钢铁行业的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 循环氧化吸收协同脱硝技术(COA)具有NOx脱除率高、投资低、负荷适应性强等特点,该技术已被环保部列为火电厂污染防治最佳可行技术指南(HJ 2301-2017)中,在电力行业烟气污染治理中得到了较广的应用.文章根据COA脱硝的技术原理,结合钢铁烧结烟气特点,在某钢厂烧结机上开展了COA的应用研究.研究表明,循环流化床干法脱硫配套新型气相COA技术,同步脱硝率可达到80%以上,运行费用低,为钢铁烧结的超低排放和烟气治理提供了新的思路. Denitrification technology of Circulating Oxidation and Absorption(COA)is featured by high removal rate of NOx,low investment and wide load adaptability.This technology has been listed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection as the best feasible technical guide for pollution prevention and control in thermal power plants(HJ 2301-2017),and has been widely applied to the treatment of flue gas pollution in the power industry.According to the denitrification technical principle of COA and the characteristics of sintering flue gas of iron and steel,the application of COA in sintering machine of a steel plant is studied in this paper.The results show that the new gas phase COA technology matched with dry desulfurization in circulating fluidized bed can achieve more than 80%of synchronous denitration efficiency with low operation cost,which provides a new idea for ultra-low emission of iron and steel sintering and treatment of flue gas.
