摘要
利用酸浸法提纯制备硅藻精土,对其结构进行表征,并通过其与硅藻原土对内河黑臭水体的净化效果比较探讨,研究纯化后硅藻精土处理内河污染水体的技术经济可行性.结果表明,酸纯化后的硅藻精土接触角更小,孔隙率更高,比表面积更大,净化效果更好.纯化后的硅藻精土投加量60~80 mg/L时处理效果最佳,对河水中浊度、UV254、TN和TP去除率分别达91.6%、68.1%、14.9%和92.0%,其药剂成本约0.06~0.08元/m^3水.该方法对污染物去除效率高,成本低,具有良好的应用前景.
Diatomite was purificated by acid leaching method,and its structure was also characterized by SEM.In order to verify the technical and economic feasibility of clarifying polluted urban river water with acid leaching purificated diatomite,the treatment effect on black and smelly water by original and purificated diatomite was compared.The results show that the purified diatomite has smaller contact angle,higher porosity,larger specific surface area and better purification effect.When the purified diatomite concentrate dosage is 60~80 mg/L,the treatment effect is the best.The removal rate of water quality indexes including turbidity,UV254,TN and TP were 91.6%、68.1%、14.9%and 92.0%,respectively.The reagent cost was about 0.06~0.08 yuan/m^3 of water.It has proved to be a removal method with high efficiency and low cost,and enjoys a good application prospect.
