微纳米曝气组合技术控藻围隔试验研究 被引量:5

Application of Integrated Micro-nano Bubble Technique to Algae Control in the Enclosure Experiment

摘要 选取福建省三明市东牙溪水库作为研究对象,于2016年8月至2017年1月在水库中游搭建微纳米曝气试验围隔,探索微纳米曝气技术分别与新型锁磷剂、功能微生物联用形成的组合技术的控藻效果.试验结束时,曝气+微生物组蓝藻削减率为78%,高于曝气组和投加锁磷剂组;曝气+锁磷剂组对总磷、叶绿素a、藻总密度的削减率分别为68.5%、68.8%、56.7%,比单独曝气组分别提高18.9%、35.6%、21.4%,微纳米曝气技术体现出较好的营养盐控制与蓝藻削减能力;功能微生物通过脱氮除磷,抑制蓝藻繁殖;锁磷剂和水体中的PO43-生成稳定的磷酸镧沉淀,提高了微纳米曝气技术对水体磷营养盐的去除率,限制了浮游植物生长繁殖. The research was subjected to the Dongyaxi Reservoir,located in Sanming city,Fujian Province,with micro-nano aeration enclosures and equipment in the middle reaches of the reservoir from August 2016 to January 2017.The goal of this research is to explore the performance of micro-nanobubble aeration(MNA),micro-nano bubble aeration integrated with new types of phoslock(MNAP)and micro-nano bubble aeration integrated with functional organisms(MNAO)on nutrients removal and algae controlling.According to the experiment result,adding phoslock agent while aerating can enhance the ability of technique.By the end of trial,the removal rate of TP,Chlorophyll a,cyanobacteria biomass in the group MNAP were 68.5%,68.8%,57.7%,respectively,higher than that of 18.9%,35.6%,6.8%of the group MNA.The reduction rate of cyanobacteria in group MNAO was 65%,which was higher than that in group MNA and group MNAP.Micro-nano aeration technique shows good control ability of nutrient salt and cyanobacteria biomass;functional microorganisms can inhibit the reproduction of cyanobacteria by removing nitrogen,phosphorus.The phoslock agent and PO43-in the water produce stable precipitation of lanthanum phosphate,which improves the removal rate of restrictive phosphorus element by micro-nano aeration technique.Phytoplankton growth and reproduction will be restricted,and the long-term effect will be more significant.
