摘要
目的《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版中祛痘抗粉刺类产品中盐酸美满霉素等7种组分测定方法,在实验中发现按照《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版提供的流动相比例无法得到预期的检出结果,本文探讨盐酸美满霉素等7种组分测定方法中流动相比例。方法实验中采用HPLC测定,色谱条件为:色谱柱CAPCELL PAK C 18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相分别为:甲醇-乙腈-0.01mol·L-1草酸溶液(磷酸调节水溶液的pH至2.0)等度洗脱和梯度洗脱。结果流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.01mol·L-1草酸溶液(磷酸调节pH值至2.0)梯度洗脱时,7个组分达到基线分离。结论《化妆品安全技术规范》2015年版中祛痘抗粉刺类产品中盐酸美满霉素等7种组分测定方法中流动相的比例须进行调整,以便于更好的用于化妆品样品的检验与判定。
OBJECTIVE In the 2015 edition of the technical specification for cosmetic safety,the method for the determination of 7 components of acne and anti-acne products,such as satisfactory mycin hydrochloride,found in the expe riment that the flow phase ratio provided according to the 2015 edition of the technical specification for cosmetic safety could not obtain the expected ratio of 7 components such as satisfactory mycin hydrochloride was studied.MET HODS HPLC was used in the experiment.The chromatographic conditions were:column CAPCELL PAK C 18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);The flow phases were:met hanol-acetonitrile-0.01mol·L-1 oxalic acid solution(phosphoric acid regulates the pH of the aqueous solution to 2.0)and equal elution(ratio in the specification)and methanol-acetonitrile-0.01mol·L-1 oxalic acid solution(phosphoric acid adjusts pH value to 2.0)gradient elution.RESULTS When the flow phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.01mol·L-1 oxalic acid solution(phosphoric acid regulates the pH of aqueous solution to 2.0)gradient elution,seven components reach baseline separation.CONCLUSION The proportion of mobile phase in7 components such as hydrochloric acid mercaptopycin should be adjusted in the 2015 edition of the safety technical specification pf cosmetics,so that it can be used for the inspection and deter mination of cosmetics samples.
