With the acceleration of social information process,network services are also facing various opportunities and challenges. This paper mainly describes the maintenance and management of mobile communication network equipment,technology,security and other aspects as well as the corresponding measures,hoping to bring better mobile communication network experience for users and provide reference for communication enterprises,so as to effectively improve the service level of mobile communication network. Only by constantly summing up experiences and lessons in practice can we not be eliminated by social development.
