高职院校常用词典翻译类软件的现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Dictionary Translation Software in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着经济全球化的高速发展,英语的重要性越来越被凸显出来。电子科技的发展和英语学习人群的增长使词典类翻译软件得到了快速的发展,受到英语学习者的一致青睐。然而,翻译类软件或多或少存在着一些问题,比如翻译质量不高、用户满意度不高。本文通过问卷调查与对比分析,尝试了解我国高职院校常用词典翻译类软件的现状,以期为翻译类软件的良性发展和完善提出可行性建议,以便为高职院校学生的英语学习提供更多帮助,为我国高职院校的英语教学改革略尽绵薄之力。

With the rapid development of economic globalization,the importance of English has become more and more prominent. The development of electronic technology and the growth of English learning population have enabled the rapid development of dictionary-based translation software,which is favored by English learners. However,translation software has more or less problems,for example,low translation quality and user satisfaction. Through questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,the current situation of commonly used dictionary translation software in higher vocational colleges in China is shown up,and then some feasible suggestions for the benign development and improvement of translation software are provided,in order to provide more help for the English learning of higher vocational college students and make a little effort for the reform of higher vocational English teaching in our country.
