近年来,高校流浪犬只数量日益增加,校园的生态环境及高校保卫部门的安全管理工作受到了严重的威胁。本文对高校呈现的"宠物热"进行思考,深入分析高校流浪犬对校园公共安全、学习生活环境及人身安全等危害,并提出高校流浪犬管理途径的新思路和新方法,以期为高校流浪犬的安全管理提供参考。

In recent years, the number of stray dogs is increasing in universities, which seriously threatens the ecological environment of the campus and the safety management of the university security department. Inthispaper,combiningwiththe "pet fever" in universities,wedeeply analyzes the harmfulness of stray dogs on campus public safety, learning and living environment and personal safety.Also,weputforwardsome new ideas and methods for the management of stray dogs in universities, inhopingtoprovide basic reference materials for the safety management of stray dogs in colleges and universities.
