Zn-TiO2复合镀层在硫酸盐还原菌环境下的腐蚀特性

Corrosion Characteristics of Zn-TiO2 Composite Coatings in Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria Environment

摘要 将纳米TiO2和锌复合制备涂层用于SRB环境中的防腐蚀研究报道较少。对20钢电沉积Zn-TiO2复合镀层进行保护,研究了Zn-TiO2复合镀层在硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)环境下的腐蚀特性。通过静态挂片试验以及形貌、成分分析,对在SRB环境下的试样进行表征和性能测试;通过开路电位和阻抗谱研究了试样在SRB环境下的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:在SRB条件下,Zn-TiO2镀层腐蚀速率比20钢的小;20钢表面附着有大量SRB,Zn-TiO2镀层表面附着有微量SRB;腐蚀后,Zn-TiO2镀层表面Zn含量最高,主要元素中没有Fe元素;Zn-TiO2镀层在钢片上形成有效的阴极保护;镀有Zn-TiO2层的20钢在SRB环境下具有较好的抗腐蚀性。 Zn-TiO2 coating was plated on the surface of 20 steel by electrodeposition for protection,and the corrosion resistance of Zn-TiO2 composite layer in sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)environment was studied.Meanwhile,the samples in the SRB environment were characterized and tested by static coupons and morphologies/composition analysis,and the electrochemical corrosion behavior of samples in SRB environment was evaluated by open circuit potential and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Results showed that under the condition of SRB,the corrosion rate of Zn-TiO2 coating was smaller than that of 20 steel.It was found that a large amount of SRB was attached to the surface of 20 steel,while a trace amount of SRB to the surface of the Zn-TiO2 coating.After corrosion,the Zn content of Zn-TiO2 coating was the maximum,and no Fe element was detected in the main elements.Therefore,Zn-TiO2 coating provided effective cathodic protection for steel sheets,and Zn-TiO2 coated 20 steel possessed brilliant corrosion resistance in SRB environment.
