海洋防腐蚀涂料的发展现状及进展简述 被引量:18

摘要 海洋严苛的腐蚀环境,使海洋装备设施长期遭受严重的腐蚀问题,严重制约了海洋的开发和利用。因此,如何合理利用腐蚀控制技术,提高海洋装备设施的服役安全性,设计并制备具有良好防护性能且适用于海洋腐蚀环境的表面防护涂层,延长其服役寿命已成为目前的研究热点。目前有机涂层以其防护性好、成本低、应用范围广、操作简单、施工方便等优点成为海洋防腐蚀领域的重要技术手段。本文介绍了海洋防腐蚀涂料的特点,综述了海洋防腐蚀涂料的发展现状,重点讨论了常用的海洋防腐蚀涂料的应用现状及进展,如:环氧树脂类、聚氨酯类、富锌类、丙烯酸类等海洋防腐蚀涂料,同时分析其不足,明确了下一步的发展方向。最后,提出了我国海洋防腐蚀涂料的研究难点及存在的问题,并对其下一步的发展方向进行了展望。 Because of the serious marine corrosion conditions,the marine equipment suffers the serious corrosion problems for a long time,which limits the exploration and development of marine.Therefore,how to make use of the marine corrosion control technology reasonably,and to design and prepare the marine anti-corrosion coating with better protective properties to improve the service safety and life of the marine equipment has become current research focus.Organic coating is an important way in the field of marine corrosion protection due to its better protection,lower cost,widely application,simple operation and convenient construction.In this paper,the characteristics and progress of anticorrosive coatings for marine application were introduced,and the application and progress of commonly used marine anticorrosive coatings were discussed in detail such as epoxy resin,polyurethane,zinc rich,acrylic and other marine anticorrosive coatings.Furthermore,the difficulties and problems of marine anticorrosive coatings were put forward,and the development prospects were also predicted.
