摘要
细胞内膜系统在病毒蛋白及病毒颗粒合成、组装以及释放过程中发挥着重要作用。衣被蛋白复合物Ⅱ(COPⅡ)介导细胞内顺向运输,即负责从内质网到高尔基体的物质运输,多种RNA病毒会利用COPⅡ通路和(或)COPⅡ组分为其生命周期服务。该文就COPⅡ在RNA病毒增殖过程中发挥的作用及其研究进展进行综述。
The endomembrane system plays an important role in the synthesis,assembly and release of viral proteins and viral particles.The coat protein complex Ⅱ(COPⅡ)mediates intracellular anterograde transport,which is responsible for the transport of substances from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi.Many RNA viruses use the COPⅡ pathway and/or COPⅡ components to serve their life cycle.Here,we summarize the current progress in the roles of COPⅡ in various RNA viral multiplication processes.
