我国高校的科研转化力水平及国际比较研究

Research on the Level of Scientific Research Transformation of Chinese Universities and Its International Comparison

在高校知识生产出现新模式、第四次工业革命方兴未艾、创新型国家建设提上日程的背景下,高校的科研转化力水平关系着高校融入国家和地区经济社会发展的能力。研究发现,我国顶尖高校的科研转化力水平相比西部高校来说较高;我国顶尖高校与世界顶尖高校在校企合作的规模和强度方面有一定差距;我国高校标准化文献引用影响得分相对较低,在科研成果的影响力方面与世界顶尖高校存在较大差距;我国顶尖高校的教师平均横向研究收入与世界顶尖大学相比有一定优势,而我国高校之间在教师平均横向研究收入方面差异较大。因此,我国高校要提高校企合作的规模和质量,提升高校的科研转化力水平;政府应该继续加强对西部高校的支持,努力缩小地区高等教育发展差距。

With the new modes of knowledge production in universities appearing,the fourth industrial revolution booming,and the construction of innovative countries put on the agenda,exploring the level of scientific research transformation in universities can better integrate universities into national and regional economic and social development.This research uses the index of scientific research transformation to systematically evaluate the level of scientific research transformation of 10 top universities in the country and 10 universities in western China,compares and analyzes the scientific research transformation data of 10 top universities in the world to evaluate the transformation of scientific research in Chinese universities and put forward some recommendations.The study finds that the level of scientific research transformation of China’s top universities is higher than that of western universities in China.There is a certain gap between the top universities in China and the world’s top universities in terms of the scale and intensity of school-enterprise cooperation.Category normalized citation impact in universities in China are relatively low,and there is a big gap between China’s universities and the world’s top universities in terms of the influence of scientific research.The teachers’scientific research income supported by enterprises in top universities in China has certain advantages compared with the world’s top universities.However,different universities in China have great differences in the teachers’scientific research income supported by enterprises.Therefore,universities in China should improve the scale and quality of school-enterprise cooperation and enhance the level of scientific research transformation.The Chinese government should continue to strengthen its support for universities in the west and strive to narrow the level of higher education in the region.
