乡村振兴中职业教育的“角色”担当

The Role of Vocational Education in Rural Revitalization

职业教育在乡村振兴中扮演着非常重要的角色。从角色认知来看,服务乡村发展是职业教育自身的历史传承,面向乡村办学是职业教育发展的重要方向,融入乡村振兴是职业教育改革的使命担当。从角色预期来看,职业教育需要立足乡土人才规划建构人才培养新体系,聚焦乡土人才培育建构人才培养新内容,服务乡土人才成长建构人才培养新渠道。基于技术技能人才供给的“主渠道”、精准扶贫脱贫攻坚的“生力军”、产业培育企业成长的“助推器”、乡土文明传承创新的“能量场”这样的角色定位,职业教育应在组织形态上从学校向平台转变、在办学定位上从面向向适应转变、在发展模式上从合作向融入转变、在参与路径上从推动向共治转变。

Vocational education plays a very important role in rural revitalization.From the perspective of role cognition,serving the rural development is the historical inheritance of vocational education,running schools in rural areas is its important development direction,and the mission of vocational education reform is integrate into rural revitalization.From the perspective of role expectations,vocational education needs to build a new talent cultivation system based on rural talent planning,focusing on the cultivation of local talent to constructing new content of talent cultivation,and it needs to serve rural talent development to build new ways for talent cultivation.Based on the role positioning as the“main way”for the supply of technical talent,the“fresh troops”for poverty alleviation,the“booster”for the growth of industrial cultivation enterprises,and the“energy field”for the inheritance and innovation of local civilization,vocational education should change from school to platform in organizational form,from facing to students to adapting to students in school orientation,from cooperation to integration in development mode,and from promotion to co-governance in the path of participation.
