摘要
为开发利用Al2O3、SiO2品位分别为54.88%和19.42%的山西某低品位铝土矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上进行综合利用试验研究。研究结果表明:原矿经过“浮-磁”闭路联合流程处理后,可以得到产率55.96%,A/S 6.49的氧化铝冶炼用原料精矿1,还可以得到产率22.74%,含铁量(Fe203)0.82%的合成陶瓷、耐火材料用原料精矿2,A12O3的整体回收率达到了85.24%,取得了较好的分选指标,实现了对该铝土矿资源的综合利用。
The grades of A12O3 and SiO2 of the low-grade bauxite in Shanxi respectively are 54.88%and 19.42%,and the test study on its comprehen sive utilization is performed based on the study of ore properties.The results show that after closed-circuit treatment of 44 flotation-magnetic separationn,the alumina refining material(concentrate No.1)can be obtained with yield 55.96%and A/S 6.49,and the material(concentrate No.2)for synthetic ceramics and refractories can be obtained with yield 22.74%and iron(Fe2O3)content 0.82%.The overall recovery rate of A12O3 is 85.24%,and a good separation index is obtained,which realizes the comprehensive utilization of the bauxite resources.
