摘要
阐述了铝电解生产中常见因素对电解槽稳态热平衡状态产生的影响及其原因。利用ANSYS软件仿真计算了过热度、炉帮厚度和伸腿长度随这些因素的变化关系。
In this paper,the influence on heat balance state in aluminum reduction cell by several common factors was introduced.ANSYS software was applied to simulating the relationship between superheat,ledge thickness,toe length and these factors.
