Analysis the Historical Genes of American Diversity Higher Education

美国高等教育在欧洲模式的基础之上自我发展、自我创新,形成了具有特色的高等教育体系,引领高等教育潮流。其最为显著的特征就是高等教育的多样性,成为高等教育创新和发展的发力点。笔者通过阅读文献发现,多样性因素自高等教育的创建开始,便深深植入了高等教育的理念之中,经过不断发展,造就了美国高等教育院校类型、管理体制、资金来源、学位结构、学生群体的多样性。

American Higher Education on the Basis of European Model development and innovation by it self, formed a distinctive higher education system and led the trend of higher education.Its most remarkable feature is the diversity of higher education, which has become the driving force of innovation and development of higher education.Through reading the literature, the author finds that diversity factors have been deeply embedded in the concept of higher education since the establishment of higher education,it has created the diversity of the types, management system, funding sources, degree structure and student groups of American higher education institutions.
