热共还原法制备Ag纳米粒子及其表征

摘要 以壳聚糖和抗坏血酸为共还原剂在酸性条件下,以AgNO 3为前躯体通过一条绿色、温和的途径合成了粒径范围分布窄的Ag纳米粒子,过程中壳聚糖既具有还原作用又具有稳定功能。分别考察了壳聚糖的含量、抗坏血酸的含量及反应时间对制备Ag纳米粒子的影响。通过紫外-可见分光光度计、原位红外光谱仪、场发射扫描电镜、透射扫描电镜等对产物进行表征。结果表明,获得的Ag纳米粒子呈球状结构,粒子尺寸为30~50 nm,并均匀地分散在线性壳聚糖分子上。 Ag nanoparticles with narrow particle size distribution were synthesized by AgNO 3 as precursor in a green and mild way under acidic conditions.The chitosan and ascorbic acid were used as co-reductants while chitosan had both reductive and stable functions during the experiment.The effects of chitosan content,ascorbic acid content and reaction time on preparation of Ag nanoparticles were investigated.The products were characterized by UV-visible spectrophotometer,in-situ infrared spectrometer,field emission scanning electron microscope and transmission scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the obtained Ag nanoparticles were spherical in structure,with particle size ranging from 30 nm to 50 nm,and dispersed evenly on linear chitosan molecules.
