摘要 为保证脱硝系统超低排放要求,提高SCR系统运行的经济性与安全性,某电厂1050 MW超临界燃煤发电机组SCR装置进行喷氨优化改造,需对机组的流场进行优化设计。采用CFD模拟与物理模型试验相结合的方法对该厂机组脱硝系统设备进行流场设计。通过空塔模拟分析原始流场,设计整流部件,系统设计满足相关的技术指标。对各整流部件进行性能分析,保证设计的经济性。物理模型试验结果与CFD数值模拟结果得到相互验证;试验对SCR系统的积灰状况进行了研究,结果表明系统设计合理。 In order to ensure the effect of ultra-low emission of denitrification system and improve the economy and safety of SCR system operation,a power plant carried out ammonia injection real-time optimization and transformation of SCR 1050 MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating set.The flow field of the unit needs to be optimized.In this paper,CFD simulation and physical model test are combined to design the flow field of denitrification system equipment of unit in this plant.The original flow field is simulated by the empty tower simulation,and the rectifier components are designed.The system design scheme can meet relevant technical specifications.Then performance analysis of each rectifying component ensures the economical design.The results of the physical model test and the CFD numerical simulation results have been mutually verified.The physical model test has studied the state of fouling of the SCR system.The results show that the system design is reasonable.
