摘要
新的充电接口标准实施以来,升级改造的旧充电设施与新开发的充电设施并存于市场,设备不能给电动车充电的情况也时常发生。该文解析了国标GB/T 18487.1-2015控制导引的电路原理和工作状态参数,设计了以STM32F107RCT6为控制核心的交流充电桩控制导引功能检测系统。该系统模拟车辆检测装置,实现充电连接过程的电气参数采集与判断,采用RS485通信与上位机连接,实现充电连接过程的实时监测,可为设备维护人员提供交流充电设备的故障检测与故障分析。
Since the implementation of the new charging interface standard,the old and new developed charging facilites coexist in the market,who is cannot charging for EV frequently.The paper analyzes the circuit principle and working state parameters of the GB/T 18487.1-2015 control guidance,and designs the AC charging pile control guidance function detection with STM32F107RCT6 as the core controller.The system simulates the vehicle detection device,realizes the collection and judgement of electrical parameters in the charging connection process,uses RS485 communication to connect with the upper computer,realizes the realizes the real-time monitoring of the charging connection process.The system can provide fault detection and analysis of AC charging equipment for the maintainer.
