摘要
该文介绍一种通过综合判断比例伺服阀反馈、主配反馈、主配位置接点、接力器行程等反馈信息,对水轮机调速器的主配压阀进行故障诊断的方法,该方法判断准确及时,判断依据全面,可以精确判断故障位置并提出相应的检修决策,具有较好的推广意义。
This paper introduces a method of fault diagnosis for main pressure distribution valve of turbine governor by synthetically judging feedback information of proportional servo valve,main matching feedback,main matching position contact,relay stroke and so on.This method is accurate,timely,comprehensive and accurate.It can accurately judge the fault location and put forward corresponding maintenance decision.It has good popularization significance.
