通过在列车上装载列车监控系统,将列车定位信息、实时的TCMS信息、安全监测信息、故障信息等封装发送到列车监控系统,通过GPRS、北斗短报文、WLAN等无线传输方式传送到地面监控中心的服务器,通过车地交互实现监控中心对列车信息的在线监测、故障预诊断和调度,实现列车安全高效的运行。
