摘要 为了改善高压静电除尘器一次电压电流波形质量,提高输出电压有效值,达到更好的除尘效果,对除尘器电源控制系统进行改造。该文分析了原工频电源存在的问题,在保留硅整流变压器基础上,将工频电源改为变频脉冲控制电源,并对除尘器的硬件控制系统和软件控制流程进行重新设计。经应用测试,改造后的除尘器运行稳定可靠,纹波大大降低,闪络电压提高,除尘效果好。 In order to improve the quality of the voltage and current waveform of high-voltage electrostatic dust remover,improve the effective value of the output voltage,and achieve better dust removal effect,the power control system of the dust remover is retrofited.The problems of the original power frequency power supply are analyzed in this paper.On the basis of retaining the silicon rectifier transformer,the power frequency power supply is changed to the frequency conversion pulse control power supply,and the hardware control system and software control flow of the dust remover are redesigned.After application testing,the retrofited dust remover operates stably and reliably,the ripple is greatly reduced,the flashover voltage is improved,and the dust removal effect is good.
