摘要
目的探讨药学职业教育产教融合校企合作办学的职教模式和方法,找出中职学校药学职业教育的切入点,为药学职业教育培养实用性高素质技能型人才提供理论依据;方法选拔部分学生采用学校全日制教学与企业师徒制教学相结合模式培训,以培养工匠精神为切入点,分三个阶段进行操作技能和精神风貌成绩考核,比较成绩提高情况;结果三次成绩精神风貌分别为82.31±0.47、92.33±1.27、99.03±0.27,每次成绩提高都非常显著,p<0.01;操作技能分别为82.43±0.77、91.70±0.97、99.15±0.31,每次成绩提高都非常显著,p<0.01;总成绩分别为164.74±0.93、184.03±1.99、198.18±0.34,每次成绩提高都非常显著,p<0.01;结论在中职学校药学职业教育中,采用学校与企业联合,双主体办学模式,注重工匠精神理念的熏陶与培养,把工匠精神贯穿于整个职业教育过程,切实可行。
Objective:To explore the pharmacy for secondary vocational school students of vocational education mode and method,to find a vocational education starting point,for pharmaceutical preparations made in China provides the theory basis for training high skilled talents practicality;Methods:Select some students full-time teaching training and mentoring teaching mode,to cultivate the spirit of craftsman artisans as the breakthrough point to cultivate the students’characteristics and connotation,in three phases operating skills and spirit of achievement appraisal,compare the situation improvement;Results:The mental outlook of the three scores was 82.31±0.47,92.33±1.27,and 99.03±0.27,and the improvement was significant in each performance,p<0.01;The operation skills were 82.43±0.77,91.70±0.97,99.15±0.31,and the improvement of each performance was very significant,p<0.01;The total score was 164.74±0.93,184.03±1.99,198.18±0.34,and the improvement of each performance was very significant,p<0.01;Conclusion:In the vocational education in secondary vocational school of pharmaceutical preparations,the combination of full-time teaching and mentoring teaching mode,pay attention to the influence and cultivate spirit idea,the craftsman spirit throughout the whole process of vocational education,is feasible.
