摘要
文章针对《食品试验设计与统计分析》传统教学过程中存在的诸多问题,基于OBE理念,以学生为中心,对教学目标、教学内容和教学方法、学生学习成果评价以及持续改进措施等进行了改革和探索,旨在使学生掌握试验设计和数据分析的技能,为其以后的学习和工作打下必要的基础。
In view of the many problems in the traditional teaching process of "Food Experimental Design and Statistical Analysis",based on the OBE(outcome-based education) concept,reform and exploration of teaching objectives,teaching content and teaching methods,achievement evaluation of student learning and continuous improvement measures were carried out to give students a dominant position in the learning process.The goal is to equip students with the skills of experimental design and data analysis to lay the necessary foundation for future study and work.
