少数民族地区教学研究型大学专业理论课教学效果优化路径研究

Research on the Optimization Path of the Teaching Effect of Professional Theory Courses in Teaching and Research Universities in Minority Areas

摘要 以内蒙古为代表的少数民族地区高校大多是教学研究型大学,因地处边疆,教学较为落后,专业理论课大多采用传统的授课模式,师资建设不足,教学效果不尽如人意。因此,文章以内蒙古工业大学为研究案例,以2015-2018年春、秋学期开设的共265门专业理论课为调查对象,通过问卷调查法、师生访谈法、听课记录法等进行数据收集,采用数理统计方法分析出勤率、教师好评率、学生好评率3个指标,用以衡量不同职称、学位、年龄段教师及不同教学模式的教学效果,探究影响三个指标的主要因素以及与教学效果的相关性。结果表明,教师职称、学历越高,年龄越大,出勤率和好评率越高;混合式教学效果最好,翻转式、实践参与式好评率较高,传统讲授式教学模式出勤率和好评率较低,由此建议教学研究型大学在专业理论课教学方面应不断提高教师专业素养,采取多元化的教学模式,从而提高专业理论课的教学效果。 The universities in minority areas represented by Inner Mongolia are mostly teaching and research universities.The universities in ethnic minority areas are located in the frontiers with backward teaching conditions.And most of the professional theory courses use the traditional teaching mode,and the teacher construction is insufficient,so the teaching effect is not good.Therefore,this study takes the Inner Mongolia University of Technology as a research case,and takes a total of 265 professional theory courses in the spring and autumn semester of 2015-2018 as the survey object,and collects data through questionnaires,teacher-student interviews,and lectures.This study uses mathematical statistics to analyze the attendance rate,teacher favorable rate,and student favorable rate to measure the teaching effect of teachers with different professional titles,degrees,age groups and different teaching modes.The purpose is to explore the main factors affecting the three indicators and the relevance of teaching effects.The results show that the higher the teacher’s professional title and academic qualifications,the higher the age,the higher the attendance rate and favorable rate of the class.The teaching of mixed teaching is the best.The flip-flop and practice-based teaching have a high rate of praise,and the traditional teaching mode has a low attendance rate and favorable rate.Therefore,it is suggested that teaching and research universities should continuously improve the professional quality of teachers in the teaching of professional theory courses,and adopt a diversified teaching mode to improve the teaching effect of professional theory courses.
