Scientific research laboratory is an important base for talent training,scientific research and local service in colleges and universities,and a stable team of experimental technical personnel is very important to the construction and management of the laboratory.In the aspect of graduate training,experimental technicians play a key role in the cultivation of scientific research quality and ability of graduate students,the smooth development of degree projects,daily ideological and political education and safety education.Mentors,graduate students and laboratory leaders should attach great importance to the role and value of experimental technical personnel in the training of graduate students,strengthen the construction of personnel,promote the reform of performance distribution,and give full play to the professional advantages and "transmission of help" role of technical personnel.
