摘要
临床见习是医学生初步接触临床工作阶段所进行的教学实践环节,是一门理论与实践相结合的课程,需要具有扎实的理论基础知识,还要熟练掌握诊断技能,有助于培养学生良好的临床思维方式和技能水平,使学生自身全面发展。不同的临床见习教育模式对于医学生的临床思维能力和技能水平培养也有不同的成效。文章基于临床见习的教学基础,探讨不同的见习教学模式对提高学生临床思维能力与技能水平的影响。
Clinical probation is a link of teaching practice in the stage of medical students’ initial contact with clinical work.It is a combination of theory and practice of course.It needs solid theoretical foundation knowledge and adroitly diagnostic skills.It is helpful to foster students’ good clinical thinking mode and skill level,and make them all-round development.Different modes of clinical probation education have different effects on the training of medical students’ clinical thinking ability and skills.Based on the teaching foundation of clinical probation,this paper discusses the influence of different probation teaching modes on improving students’ clinical thinking ability and skills.
