摘要
根据本校教师科研课题的相关成果,设计了一个综合型有机化学实验,安排实验学时28学时。该实验部分分为两步:第一步,反应底物的制备,以乙酰乙酰芳胺类化合物为反应原料,通过取代反应制备N-炔丙基-α-乙酰基环丙基酰胺类化合物;第二步,反应底物在催化剂的作用下发生开环和分子内成环反应,最终生成呋喃联噁唑盐类化合物,并对最终产物结构进行分析。
According to the related results of teachers’ scientific research projects in our university,a comprehensive organic chemistry experiment is designed,and the experimental hours are 28 hours.The experimental part is divided into two steps:the first step is the preparation of the substrate,using acetylarylamines as raw materials to prepare N-propargyl-α-acetylcyclopropylamides by substitution reaction,and the second step,the ring-opening and intramolecular cyclization of the reaction substrate under the action of catalyst,and finally form furanbioxazole compounds,and the structure of the final product is analyzed.
