摘要 采用水热法制备了二氧化钛-氧化石墨烯(TiO2-GO)复合光催化剂,采用X射线多晶粉末衍射和扫描电镜对其性质进行了表征,并以对硝基酚为目标污染物,考察了复合光催化剂在可见光和紫外光照射下的降解性能。结果表明:GO掺杂既能提高TiO2颗粒的分散度,增加其比表面积,又能降低光生电子与空穴的复合几率,提高光催化活性。另外,GO掺杂还将TiO2的光响应范围拓展至了可见光区域。 TiO2-GO composite photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and XRD and SEM were employed to analyze its properties. Taking p-nitrophenol as a target pollutant,the degradation performances of TiO2-GO were investigated under visible and ultraviolet light,respectively. The results showed that introduction of GO increased the dispersion and specific surface area of TiO2,as well as reducing the photogenerated electron-hole pair recombination rate,thus improving the photocatalytic activity. In addition,the spectral response of TiO2 was also enlarged to visible range under doping with GO.
