摘要
采用化学交联法制备了聚乙烯醇高分子柔性蓄冷剂,利用恒温干燥箱、人工气候室及暖体出汗假人分别考察其在静态和动态两种状态下,在不同温度环境下的蓄冷时间及其相互之间的关系。结果表明:相同质量的蓄冷剂在静态条件下,环境温度越高,相变时间越短,并且每升高1℃,相变时间减少5min左右;在35℃环境下,静态时约116g相变材料的相变时间约为60min,动态时约240g该材料的相变时间约为115min。
the temperature drying box,artificial climate chamber and sweating thermal manikin were used to test the temperature storage time and the relationship between them under different static and dynamic conditions. The results showed that the higher the ambient temperature,the shorter the phase transition time,and the lower the phase transition time by about5 minutes for each increase of 1℃ . The phase transformation time of 116 g phase change material is about 60 min in static state and 240 g phase change material is about 115 min in dynamic state at 35℃ .
