钢管石轻混凝土短柱轴压力学性能试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on the Mechanical Performance of Stonelightweight Aggregate Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Stub Column under Axial Compression

摘要 为研究钢管石轻混凝土短柱的轴压力学性能,以天然碎石体积取代率为变化参数,分别设计并制作了5个圆、方钢管石轻混凝土短柱试件,对其进行了轴压静力加载试验,观察了试件受力的全过程和破坏形态,获取了试件的荷载—位移全过程曲线,分析了碎石取代率对试件受力性能的影响规律。结果表明:在轴心受压荷载作用下,钢管石轻混凝土短柱发生了强度破坏;钢管石轻混凝土轴压短柱的实测荷载—位移全曲线变化趋势基本相同,其工作过程可分为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段和塑性阶段三部分;随着天然碎石取代率的增加,钢管石轻混凝土轴压短柱的极限承载力、峰值位移总体上均逐渐增加。 To study the mechanical properties of stone-lightweight aggregate concrete filled steel tubular(SLACFST)stub columns under axial compression,five specimens of circular and square SLACFST stub columns were respectively designed with respect to volume replacement rate of nature gravel aggregate.After specimen preparation,axial static loading tests were performed.The entire loading-deformation process and failure mode of the specimens were observed,and complete load-displacement curves were obtained.Based on the experiment results,the influences of gravel aggregate replacement rate on the mechanical properties of the specimens were analyzed.The results show that the SLACFST stub columns failed under axial compression loading.The complete load-displacement curves of SLACFST stub columns are essentially the same,and the working process can be divided into three stages:elastic stage,elastoplastic stage and plastic stage.With the increase of the gravel aggregate replacement rate,the ultimate bearing capacity and peak displacement of SLACFST stub columns increase in general.
