摘要
为探讨玉米源葡萄糖替代玉米对肉鸡生长性能和养分消化率的影响,采用单因素设计试验,选择体重相近的3周龄白羽肉鸡600只随机分成4组,每个组3个重复,每个重复50只,1组饲喂基础日粮为空白对照组,2、3、4组分别用玉米源葡萄糖替代基础日粮中10%、20%、30%玉米,预试验7 d,试验期为21 d。在试验结束时测定白羽肉鸡生长性能及养分表观消化率。结果表明:(1)试验2、3、4组的平均日采食量(ADFI)均高于1组(P>0.05),试验3、4组的平均日增重(ADG)分别较1组提高10.79%、8.63%(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)分别较1组降低12.26%、11.11%(P<0.05)。(2)试验2、3、4组的总能均高于1组(P>0.05);试验2、3、4组干物质、粗脂肪、无氮浸出物表观消化率均高于1组(P>0.05);试验3、4组粗纤维、粗蛋白质、粗灰分的表观消化率分别较1组提高34.1%、28.4%、12.4%、6.6%、38.0%、31.5%(P<0.05)。综上,玉米源葡萄糖替代饲料中的20%玉米,可以提高肉鸡生长性能和养分表观消化率。
In order to explore the effect of corn-derived glucose instead of corn on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of broilers.600 white feather broilers with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with three replicates in each group.One group was fed with basal diets as blank control group.The other two,three and four groups were fed with corn-derived glucose instead of 10%,20%and 30%corn in the basal diet.The pre-experiment lasted for 7 days,and the experimental period was 21 days.The growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of white feather broilers were measured at the end of the experiment.The results showed that:(1)The average daiy feed intake(ADFI)in groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that in group 1(P>0.05),the average daily gain(ADG)in groups 3 and 4 was 10.79%and 8.63%higher than that in group 1(P<0.05),the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)was 12.26%and 11.11%lower than that in group 1(P<0.05).(2)The total energy of groups 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude fat and nitrogen-free extracts of groups 2,3 and 4 were higher than that of group 1(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude ash,crude protein and crude fiber of groups 3 and 4 were 34.1%,28.4%,12.4%,6.6%,38.0%and 31.5%higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),respectively.In conclusion that corn-derived glucose replacing 20%corn in feed could improve growth performance and apparent nutrient digestibility of broilers.
