酵母细胞壁及紫外线照射对玉米黄曲霉毒素B1脱毒效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究酵母细胞壁、紫外线(UV)照射以及二者共同作用对玉米黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的脱毒效果,采用单因素设计,分为10个处理组,分别为对照组,每5 g发霉玉米中添加2、1、0.5、0.1 g酵母细胞壁的4个试验组,4个试验组置于紫外线照射组以及仅紫外线照射组,每组4个重复,所有试验组均于室温下放置3 d,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测AFB1的含量。结果表明:不同添加量酵母细胞壁均对AFB1含量有影响,1 g时脱毒率最高,为(29.25±2.22)%,显著高于添加酵母细胞壁经紫外线照射组以及仅紫外线照射组(P<0.05),各酵母细胞壁组间差异不显著(P>0.05);紫外线照射对AFB1也有一定脱毒作用,但酵母细胞壁在紫外线照射下脱毒效果降低。 The objective of this study was to investigate the detoxification effects of yeast cell wall,ultraviolet(UV)radiation and their interaction detoxification for aflatoxin B1(AFB1)in mycotoxin-contaminated maize.The experiment was divided into 10 groups with 4 replicates in each according to single factor design,control croup,the yeast cell wall was added to the mycotoxin-contaminated maize with the levels of 2,1,0.5 g and 0.1 g,respectively,which were exposed to ultraviolet radiation,respectively,and only the UV-irradiated group,all the treatments were placed at room temperature for 3 days,the concentration of AFB1 was determined by ELISA.The results showed that adding 1 g yeast cell wall group was found to have the best detoxification effect,and the detoxification rate was(29.25±2.22)%,which was significantly higher than those of adding yeast cell exposed to ultraviolet radiation and only UV-irradiated group(P<0.05),the difference was not found among the adding yeast cell wall groups(P>0.05).Ultraviolet radiation also decreased the concentration of AFB1,however,the detoxification effects of adding yeast cell wall groups exposed to ultraviolet irradiation for AFB1 were reduced.
