发酵油菜秸秆对山羊生长性能和养分降解率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究发酵油菜秸秆对山羊生长性能和养分降解率的影响,本试验选取48头健康状况良好的断奶川中黑山羊,根据体重[(16.00±4.82)kg]和性别(母4头,公12头),按随机区组分为3个处理组(对照组和试验I、II组),对照组饲喂基础日粮(精粗比为50:50的全混合日粮),试验I组和II组分别用发酵油菜秸秆替代基础日粮中粗料的10%和20%,预饲期15 d,正饲期90 d。结果表明:(1)两试验组干物质采食量与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);试验I组日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而试验II组日增重与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)两试验组日粮干物质、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且两试验组之间无显著差异。(3)与对照组相比,试验I组的收益增加了17.78%,而试验II组的收益下降了9.89%。综上所述,用发酵油菜秸秆替代日粮中部分粗料对山羊的采食量无显著影响,但可提高日增重和日粮养分表观消化率,当替代量为10%时,经济效益最佳。 In order to study the influence of growth performance and nutrient degradation rate of goat feeding by fermented cole straw,48 healthy weaned Chuanzhong Black goat(lezhi type)were selected.According to the design of the weight and gender group,48 goats(12 males and 4 females)with similar weight[(16±4.82)kg]were divided into 3 treatment groups(control group,test group I and test group II).The control group all feed by based diets at different ratios of concentrate to roughage(50:50),test group I and test group II all chose fermented cole straw to replace 10%and 20%roughage respectively.The prefeeding period was 15 days and the normal feeding period was 90 days.The results were as follows:(1)The total intake(DM basis)of group I and group II was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).The daily gain of the test group I was increased by 10.13%compared with the control group(P<0.05).Average weight daily gain of experimental group II and control group was not significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in the test group I and the test group II was increased by 20.12%and 15.58%,respectively,compared with the control group.The digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)was respectively increased by 24.77%and 19.97%.There was no significant difference between the test groups.(3)The income of the group I and group II were increased by 17.78%and-9.89%compared with the control group.On the whole,when fermented rape straw was added to goat's daily food instead of coarse material,it has no significant effect on the intake and daily weight of goat and could increase the nutrient digestibility of feed.The economic benefit was best with 10%fermentation rapeseed straw added into the diet.
