摘要
通过对现有精矿喷嘴工作特性的分析,提出了新喷嘴设计结构,包括精矿喷嘴分散锥曲面及上方吊柱结构的改进和在下料管出口上部增加旋流叶片。以FLUENT 6.3为计算平台,建立了用于分析喷嘴性能的数值模型,在相同条件下对新喷嘴和CJD喷嘴结构下的闪速熔炼过程进行仿真计算。结果表明:新喷嘴结构条件下,反应塔内气粒分散更为均匀,颗粒的反应速度较快,氧气利用率相对更高,反应塔正下方沉淀池气相空间内形成的气流回流强度较小,因而对炉体冲刷较小。
Based on characteristic analysis of present CJD concentrate jet,structure modifications of a novel concentrate jet was put forward,which included improvement of distribution cone surface and its suspension column,and design of swirling vanes at outlet of concentrate chute.A mathematical model was developed with Fluent 6.3,and simulation was carried out of flash smelting processes with CJD burner and new burner respectively under the same condition.The results show that new designed concentrate jet has the characteristics of better homogeneous dispersion of particles and gas in reaction shaft,rapid reaction of particles and high oxygen utilization rate.Moreover,circulation formed in gaseous space of settler is smaller,so that the walls of settler right below the reaction shaft will be less eroded.
