超声提取夏枯草总黄酮及抑菌活性研究

Research progress on ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Prunella Vulgaris L. and its antibacterial activity

建立夏枯草含总黄酮量测定方法,提取夏枯草总黄酮,并采用滤纸片法及微量肉汤稀释法对夏枯草总黄酮抑菌活性进行评估.结果表明,芦丁标准品在0.01~0.08 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=8.182X+0.046(r=0.9995),夏枯草总黄酮的平均提取得率为2.82%,该方法快速易操作,结果可靠,可用于夏枯草总黄酮含量测定.夏枯草总黄酮对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌及大肠杆菌均有一定的抑菌作用,但对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最为显著,MIC为1.25 mg/mL.该研究为进一步开发利用夏枯草总黄酮作为天然抑菌剂提供积极的指导作用.

A method for the determination of total flavonoids of Prunella Vulgaris L.was established.The antibacterial activity of total flavonoids of Prunella Vulgaris L.was evaluated by filter paper method and micro broth dilution method.The results showed that the calibration curve of rutin was linear in the range of 0.01~0.08 mg/mL.The regression equation was Y=8.182X+0.046(r=0.9995).The average extraction rate of total flavonoids from Prunella Vulgaris L.was 2.82%.The method was rapid and easy to operate.The results were reliable and could be used for the determination of total flavonoids of Prunella Vulgaris L..The total flavonoids of Prunella Vulgaris L.have certain effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli.But the inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus was the most obvious,the MIC was 1.25mg/mL.This paper provided an active guidance for the further development and utilization of total flavonoids of Prunella subtilis as a natural antibacterial agent.
