铜掺杂二氧化钛对头孢哌酮降解性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu^2+/TiO2复合光催化剂.在催化剂制备过程中,对煅烧温度、铜离子含量进行单因素分析,确定催化剂最佳制备条件.实验结果表明,最佳工艺制备条件为煅烧温度为700℃,铜离子掺杂量为1%.在光催化降解反应中,通过单因素与正交试验相结合的方式,考察催化剂投加量、光照时间和pH值因素,确定了最佳光催化降解头孢哌酮废水条件.最佳处理条件为,在紫外灯照射下,催化剂投加量5 g/L、光照2h、pH为6时,降解率最高,达到78.20%. In this paper,Cu^2+/TiO 2 composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as the precursor,anhydrous ethanol as the solvent and copper nitrate doped in a certain amount.In the preparation process of catalyst,the best preparation conditions of catalyst were determined by single factor analysis.The experimental results showed that the optimum preparation conditions:the calcination temperature was 700℃,and copper ion doping was 1%.In the photocatalytic degradation reaction,through a combination of single factor and orthogonal experiment,investigation catalyst dosing quantity,illumination time and pH value factors,determined the best conditions of photocatalytic degradation of cephalosporin antibiotic waste water.The experimental results showed that the best condition was when the dosage of catalyst was 5 g/L,illumination time was 2 hours and pH was 6,the degradation rate was the highest,reaching 78.20%.
